My son is set to marry a very nice young woman in June and I had planned to use these funds to send them off on a week-long honeymoon in ******. At the end of our meeting, she said that perhaps I could talk with the Better Business Bureau about filing a complaint.I see that 4Patriots has a good BBB rating so I hope someone higher up in the company can look at this, see that I haven't been given ANY refund(s), and simply issue me a check for the refund(s) amounts to clear up this matter. She said that the bank wouldn't keep a record linked to any closed account and strongly stated that NO funds have or could have been deposited in any accounts for me. After the last "Refund" (Order # ******* ) in the amount of $2177.91, I finally personally went into a local ***** Fargo branch and talked to the manager to see if they had records of any refund attempts being rejected. **************** at ***** Fargo has confirmed after each supposed refund, 4 in all, that no funds have been deposited in ANY accounts on my behalf. I keep telling them over and over again that this account was closed over a year ago, but they keep "assuring" me that the funds have been sent. The people at 4Patriots, still friendly, keep telling me that they sent the refunds to the bank account of the debit card I used for the purchases. However, I never actually received any funds for these returns. I returned the items and was promised a refund by the friendly support people at 4Patriots. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, the relationship fell through prior to the wedding. I bought a number of products from 4Patriots totaling over $3300 as planned wedding gifts for my son and his fiancee back in 2021.
